Where will the new facilities be located?

Locations have not been finalised at this stage. NWRWMG has asked its constituent councils and the public sector to put forward potential sites, the private sector is also being asked to put forward potential sites.

When this process is complete a site evaluation will take place to assess the suitability of each site. This will study a range of criteria including suitability of access, existing infrastructure and flood protection. Once the preferred sites have been secured, they will be offered for use of the bidders in the procurement, although bidders may also include their own site/s within their offers.
